All decorations are handcrafted in house from sugar mediums and I use an array of artistic techniques including working with gumpaste and wafer paper to create my signature sugar flowers and other structural elements, buttercream and fondant techniques, as well as chocolate and isomalt.

I offer delicious, premium flavour combinations of unexpected, yet complimenting pairings. My ingredients are curated and include organic, locally grown and stone milled flour, organic raw cane sugar, organic fruits, sustainably outsourced Belgian chocolate and vanilla beans, and local pasture raised eggs and dairy. I prepare everything from scratch in house.

If you so wish, we can schedule a quick in person consultation on the day of your pick up, during which we can chat more about your wedding, colours, direction and answer any questions that might have come up for you in the meantime.
