My work and style encompasses nods to the beauty and opulence of the rococo era, the ambience of the ethereal secret garden, as well as clean and modern lines of contemporary couture. In my designs I love combining textures, colours and my love of beautiful details. My background in landscape design, often leads me to incorporating floral elements into my wedding cakes, as I push myself to recreate the nature’s bounty in sugar mediums; gumpaste and delicate wafer paper being my favourite. My creativity expresses through buttercream and fondant styles alike.
