Cake artistry and confectionery arts are my passion. I believe that the complexity of flavour, as well as nutritional value of the dessert, are as important as the visual effect is. I want for my desserts to be the stunning, show stopper at your event, but to also wow your guests with the freshness and richness of the flavours and to nourish and nurture their body, mind and soul. Nutritional focus plays an integrative part in my baking process and selecting the right ingredients is always at the forefront for me.
My baking is deeply rooted in artisanal traditions and I go above and beyond sourcing organic, unprocessed and humanely raised ingredients from small, local, Southern Ontario farms and producers. I always search for suppliers with highest quality fresh products and manufacturing ethics. Let’s create something beautiful together.
