Due to the bespoke nature of my cake artistry, prices are quoted individually based on the details, and complexity of the particular cake design and other factors we will discuss during the conversation and cake consultation.
Details such as: size of the servings desired; size of the cake itself (number of tiers, number of portions required, standard height or extra tall tiers); shape (round, square, hexagonal) etc. all will guide the final price.
Prices for Signature Collection are based on your online store selections.

bespoke designs Price guide:
For round shaped tiers, buttercream finish with simple design and light decorative work. Design details such as: heavy use of sugar/wafer paper flowers, heavy gilding, extensive ruffle work, detailed stenciling , intricate lace, hand painted elements etc. will add additional cost. Prices are exclusive of delivery.
2 tier cakes - from $500 (serves 27-54)
3 tier cakes - from $750 (serves 40-80)
4 tier cakes - from $1,100 (serves 66-132)
5 tier cakes - from $1,500

Dessert installations pricing
Portion Size:
Wedding Portion is sized at 1" x 2" x 5" tall
Coffee Serving is sized at 1" x 1" x 5" tall
Guest numbers to cater for:
My recommendation is to allow for around 60%-75% of your guests to have a slice of cake as not everyone will want one. Coffee servings are recommended, when there already is a plated dessert provided by your venue, or caterer.
When the cake is your main dessert aim for a 100% guest list coverage and wedding size portions.
Additional portions:
Cutting cakes can be provided if you require additional portions or if you would like a smaller bespoke cake, but enough servings to cater for larger numbers.
Artificial / Faux tiers:
Should you prefer a big cake but not as many portions, consider replacing real cake tiers with 'faux' tiers. Depending on the design, there might be slight cost reduction with this option, but please note that a significant portion of the price of your cake, is for the decorating time and expertise.
Delivery and Set-up fees:
Delivery fee is charged at $2/km from my studio to the reception site.
For venues located within 35km from my studio, I charge a flat fee of $70+hst.
