INQUIRY AND DISCOVERY
You reach out via email, or complete my contact form. I reply within 48 hours; and, if I am available for your date, I will send you follow-up questions. This will allow me to understand the style of your wedding, the kind of cake design, or its elements, you prefer, the size, and the location for your wedding. Once all the details are clear, I will supply you with an initial price guide based on your guest numbers, cake size, and overall style.

Signature Collection

DESIGN AND TASTE
You want to move ahead, and secure your date. You can do so with a $250 non-refundable booking fee. You will then be invited for a design video consultation, via Zoom or Google Meet; unless of course, email works best for you. The video call is, an informal, conversation for us to discuss the details of your wedding. We will cover the details such as flavours, colour palette, textures, preferred design elements; as well as the styling and set-up of the cake in your venue.
Upon the commencement, I will then prepare a selection of design sketches (either hand drawn, or digital). Designs will be based on our discussion, and with a tailored quotation for your consideration. 

It's then time to try some cake!
I will book you in for the pickup of my complementary Signature Cake Tasting Box (for wedding cakes over $750) which contains a selection of 4 sampling size slices, of my most popular cake flavours, for you to try in the comfort of your own home. Flavours included are Plain Jane, Chocolate Framboise, Strawberry Fields and Tart Lemon.

Should you wish to try the cake before booking with me,  or try different flavours, than what is included in the Signature Cake Tasting Box you can pre-order my Tasting Cakes here - these are full size mini cakes and serve 2-3 people each, comfortably.

EXECUTION AND DELIVERY
At six weeks out from your wedding, I will invite you to book a call with me, to confirm the final details for your cake. If you are comfortable covering the details via email, that works great as well. This is when the balance for your wedding cake is due too.

On the week of your wedding I'll confirm everything with your venue co-ordinator, planner, or the day-of coordinator. (This is the only step here, for cakes ordered through my Signature Collection.) 

Then, on your wedding day I will arrive at your venue promptly at the time agreed and will set-up your finished cake discreetly. All allergen, cake and cutting information will be handed to your on-site team.

All you have to do, is sit back, and enjoy your special day.
